We have a unique opportunity to join us as an Operations Manager – Payments. This role plays a key role within our Plans Operations team and is stepping up to support wider business, with a particular focus on managing and delivering our most complex payment activities.
A role you will love
This role has accountability for a team who is responsible for servicing customer manual payments received through a variety of service channels from either Computershare’s corporate clients or their individual account holders, whilst adhering to the guidelines of the relevant global markets and CPM’s CASS and FCA obligations. A key requirement is to drive the team to constantly improve on the customer experience by driving SLA improvement of timeliness and quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead, develop and engage a multi‑site aa team to ensure high performance and effective resource allocation.
- Oversee complex customer issue resolution, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage accurate and compliant processing of customer records and transactions, ensuring SLA, regulatory and data‑protection standards.
- Provide specialist expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational strategy and performance targets with insights from managed areas.
- Build, implement and optimise new processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external service providers to maintain service levels and deliver projects effectively.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend solutions across the business.
