You will 🚀

  • Executive assistance - ability to react and execute on non-operationalized / streamlined requests, organize meetings and events for the executive team, ability to find a solution and leave no stone unturned

  • Project coordination: understanding of key project concepts (budget, timeline, stakeholders), and ideally understanding of critical path and milestones

  • Meetings facilitation - experience with running complex multi-days planning sessions. Prepare, organize, conduct, control the goals are achieve and the ability to think on your feet
