What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our operational data. You’ll work closely with various teams to maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, governance, and consistency
  • Develop, test, and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
  • Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs across departments and flag performance trends
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align data with evolving processes
  • Support system configuration and data setup within operational platforms
  • Assist with automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate or RPA
  • Validate case fees and ensure accurate billing of IMG activities
  • Document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on data tools and reporting
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and innovation initiatives
  • Represent IMG professionally in all internal and external communications
  • Ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar data or operations role
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
  • Experience with SQL (MySQL, T-SQL) and data querying
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
  • Background in insurance, compliance, or healthcare
  • Familiarity with telecoms platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys)
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA)
  • Experience in training or mentoring colleagues
  • Understanding of data privacy and governance best practices
