We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented undergraduate or graduate student to join our Customer Unit Supply team as Order and Delivery Management Intern .

What you will do
- Support customer order fulfillment and delivery execution activities.
- Monitor customer purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Create and maintain order tracking reports and follow-up dashboards.
- Assist in managing order changes, delivery date updates, and order cancellations.
- Support goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) processes.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery status.
- Assist in preparing documentation related to deliveries and customer shipments.
- Support escalation management when delivery commitments are at risk.
- Help maintain supply chain data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Order and Delivery Management organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, customer operations managers, supply planners, logistics teams, and warehouses.
What you will bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Engineering or a related field .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and being detailed oriented.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. (English fluency is mandatory as English is the primary working language for this position)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes.
- Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools.
- Previous internship or academic projects related to operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
