ABOUT THE POSITION
Paid Influencer Marketing Team Lead at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to shape how millions discover and connect with our brand. You’ll take charge of scaling our influencer marketing engine across the world’s biggest markets while leading a team of experienced Influencer Marketing Managers.
Your role: As Paid Influencer Marketing Team Lead you'll strike the perfect balance between performance and brand-building. You’ll make sure every campaign not only drives revenue but also builds long-term awareness and love for BURGA. With a mix of sharp analytics, budget expertise, and creative edge, you’ll set the standard for what next-level influencer marketing looks like.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define and roll out BURGA’s global paid influencer marketing strategy across US, UK, AU, DACH, and FR.
- Lead both performance and brand awareness campaigns that drive long-term value for the brand.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Senior Influencer Marketing Managers, ensuring consistency, creativity, and results.
-Align paid influencer campaigns with wider growth, brand, and social media goals.
- Manage and optimize €500k–€1M in quarterly budgets across markets, driving both ROAS and brand equity.
- Spot opportunities in new platforms, formats, and influencer partnerships to keep BURGA ahead of the curve.
- Partner with Brand, Paid Media, Social, and Data teams to ensure an integrated, high-impact approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7+ years of experience in paid influencer marketing, with at least 3 years in Team Lead position
- Proven track record managing six-figure influencer budgets across multiple markets
- Experience leading senior marketers and building integrated influencer strategies (performance + brand)
- Fluency in influencer marketing platforms like Aspire, Modash, or Grin
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Looker, Google Analytics, Aspire/Grin dashboards, etc.)
- Strong grasp of attribution models, conversion tracking, and data-led decision making
