Working within the dynamic Production dept at Future PLC, you will support and administer the supply of printing papers to Future’s magazine printers across the UK.
What you'll be doing
You will be reporting into the UK Paper manager and supporting them to manage the paper supply chain and ensure the correct paper is at the right place at the right time. Raise orders and calling off paper stock from the mills. Monitor paper usage and flagging when not in line with expected tolerances.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Numerate
- Knowledge of Excel (can perform complex functions) and Google Sheets
- Excellent task management
- Manage across a variety of levels
- Diligent and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Eagerness for learning new software
