Reshape How We Grow and Evolve Partnerships in the ISV Ecosystem

At Nexi, partnerships are not transactional—they’re foundational to how we serve millions of European businesses. As our Partner Account Manager for Independent Software Vendors, you’ll play a key role in strengthening long‑term relationships, expanding our ISV ecosystem, and shaping the future of payment integrations.

While part of your work will involve identifying new partners, your greatest impact will come from nurturing and transforming the partners already within our network. You’ll help established ISVs modernize their integration models, uncover new joint revenue opportunities, and define shared pathways to success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on curiosity, values strong relationships, and is driven by sustained, long‑term growth.
Why This Role Is Right for You
Our ISV ecosystem is diverse and full of untapped potential. Many partners are ready to evolve—whether that means adopting modern integration capabilities, exploring smarter monetization models, or aligning more deeply with our commercial strategies.

Rather than focusing solely on aggressive acquisition, we are looking for someone who recognizes the opportunity to elevate the partnerships we already have. You will still bring in select high‑value ISVs, but the heart of this role lies in strengthening, modernizing, and scaling the relationships that define Nexi’s European presence.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

Grow and Deepen Strategic Partnerships

You’ll work closely with our existing ISV partners to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities within the current portfolio. A key part of your remit is guiding partners as they shift from legacy integrations toward more modern, scalable commercial and technical models. Throughout this process, you’ll collaborate with partners to define shared success metrics that support growth for both sides.

Selective Acquisition of High‑Value ISVs

Although the role focuses primarily on existing partnerships, you will also identify a small number of new ISVs that complement and strengthen our ecosystem. This includes developing well‑reasoned business cases grounded in long‑term value creation and leading negotiations that prioritize collaboration and relationship‑building.

Drive Commercial & Technical Evolution

To support our partners effectively, you’ll immerse yourself in their business models, integration needs, and product roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure integrations are aligned with modern best practices and jointly design go‑to‑market approaches that accelerate growth. A crucial part of this work involves balancing commercial ambition with technical feasibility and smart prioritization.

Shape How Nexi Partners Across Europe

Your insights from partners and market trends will help influence Nexi’s wider product development and commercial strategy. You’ll challenge outdated processes, introduce new partnership models, and contribute to scaling successful programs across multiple regions. You’ll also help align internal stakeholders around shared objectives that reinforce long‑term partner success.

Champion Curiosity, Creativity & Problem‑Solving

You’ll bring a solution‑oriented mindset to every challenge, showing genuine curiosity about our partners’ businesses and the industries they serve. Creativity will be essential as you discover practical, meaningful ways to strengthen relationships and deliver mutual value.

What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years in partnership management, business development, or software‑focused commercial roles
  • Demonstrated experience deepening and expanding strategic partnerships
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Background working with ISVs, software vendors, or integration‑driven partners
  • Proven ability to influence revenue through partnership channels
  • Fluency in English and Swedish

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with ISVs in retail, hospitality, ERP, or vertical SaaS
  • Comfort working with technical teams and discussing integration requirements
  • Understanding of software ecosystem economics and vertical value chains

Even if you don’t meet every requirement, your curiosity, adaptability, and partnership mindset may make you an excellent fit.

What’s In It for You

You’ll have strategic influence within one of Europe’s largest payment companies, gain exposure to major industry developments, and work with a highly experienced, international team.
