What we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

The Role

We are looking for a Partner Marketing & Community Lead to own and scale Paddle’s partner marketing motion.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and ecosystem development, responsible for activating our network of strategic and technical partners, agencies, consultants, and influential operators who work closely with digital product companies.

Your mission is simple but high impact:

  • Activate our ecosystem to drive awareness, preference and referrals for Paddle.

  • You will design and execute programs that enable partners to educate about Paddle and build preference for Paddle across the digital economy.

  • This role focuses heavily on ecosystem activation and influence, ensuring partners have the content, programs, and enablement needed to introduce Paddle to the companies they serve.

  • You will work closely with the Partnerships team, as well as cross functional marketing teams including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, and Brand, to bring partner marketing initiatives to life.

  • This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership over a critical growth channel.

What You’ll Do

Own the Partner Marketing motion
  • Define and execute Paddle’s partner marketing strategy across the ecosystem.

  • Build scalable programs that enable partners to drive awareness and preference, recommend Paddle as a preferred solution, and generate qualified referrals

  • Design a repeatable partner marketing framework that supports both strategic and long tail partners.

Activate the ecosystem
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to activate partners across key segments such as Strategic and Technical partners, as well as agencies, consultants, operators, and influencers.

  • Create programs that help partners introduce Paddle into conversations with digital product companies.

  • Examples include: Partner enablement and education, Joint content and thought leadership, Co-marketing campaigns, Webinars, events, ecosystem activations, referral and advocacy programs.

Drive awareness through our Partner Network
  • Leverage partner audiences to extend Paddle’s reach.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Field Marketing teams to develop co created content such as: Guides and playbooks, webinars and podcasts, reports and ecosystem insights, and events and community activations

  • Ensure partners have high quality assets that make it easy to promote Paddle.

Build Partner enablement programs
  • Create scalable enablement resources that help partners confidently introduce Paddle to customers. Leveraging assets like partner marketing toolkits, messaging and positioning guides, co-marketing templates, campaign frameworks, and referral enablement resources

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure partners understand Paddle’s value and differentiation.

Deliver Measurable Impact
  • Establish clear metrics for ecosystem performance.

  • Track and optimise Partner driven awareness, referral volume and quality, Partner sourced pipeline, and co-marketing performance

  • Continuously test new ecosystem activation approaches to increase reach and influence.

We'd love to hear from you:

  • 5+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, alliances marketing, or B2B marketing within SaaS or technology.

  • Experience building or operating within communities that influence digital product companies, demonstrated through channels newsletters, podcasts, events, founder communities, accelerator networks, advisory work, or social channels where your ideas reach and influence our ICP.

  • Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.

  • Strong understanding of how agencies, consultants, and technical partners influence buying decisions.

  • Experience collaborating closely with partnerships or alliances teams.

  • Experience activating ecosystem communities or influencer style networks within B2B markets.
