Join us in changing an entire industry

We need you to help us shape the future of air freight! At cargo.one we believe that we can only win as a team, and we want you to have an impact with us :)

🏆 What’s the opportunity?

cargo.one is the leading digital platform for air freight bookings, enabling forwarders to compare and book air cargo capacity real-time and giving airlines wide-reaching customer exposure with an unrivaled digital experience. We are proud to have products that bring value to our partners and which our customers love to use.

As a Partner Operations Specialist (PO) you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the connection between our demand (freight forwarders) and supply (airlines, GSAs). You’ll drive the success of our partners, including carriers like American Airlines, Air Canada Cargo, and Lufthansa Cargo, among many others, by supporting their digital transformation with cargo.one. Additionally, you will work closely with our most trusted enterprise partners to ensure their needs are met, fostering a synergy between supply and demand when it comes to the ultimate platform experience.

Join us now and transform the way airlines sell cargo!

🌍 You can work from (almost) anywhere in Europe, but ideally you are based in Berlin 🐻🇩🇪. We are a remote company with a HQ in Germany, but regularly meet in person, too.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Analyze and optimize performance: Dive into reports, market trends, and operational data to monitor the quality of supply and performance of our partner airlines. Identify gaps and implement innovative solutions to enhance their digital selling capabilities.

  • Solve complex challenges: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to find scalable, creative solutions to unexpected problems.

  • Drive impact: Take ownership of operational improvements and automation opportunities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in airline partner processes. Proactively address inefficiencies rather than escalating them as roadblocks..

🕵 We are looking for individuals with:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or project management, ideally in a tech-driven or logistics environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and drive decision-making (experience with databases, SQL, or programming languages is a significant plus).

  • An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative, experiment, and push boundaries.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable solutions.

  • You are a data wizard—highly proficient in analyzing data and trends to drive insights and decisions. Experience with SQL, databases, programming languages and Excel is a significant plus.

❤️ We think you will love working here if:

  • You value building great relationships and trust with your team and managers.

  • You see working remotely successfully as a pioneering challenge which is constantly evolving.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • You get a kick out of automating manual processes and helping cargonauts save time.

  • In everything you do, you take ownership and get a kick out of exceeding expectations.

  • When faced with the choice, you’d rather opt for the ambitious to ensure you grow, than take the easy option.

  • You see the value of giving and receiving feedback and incorporate this into everything you do.

  • You are not afraid to voice your opinions and like using data to back them up.

✨ We are currently offering the following benefits globally:

  • Home office budget of €650 which can be used to purchase items such as a desk, chair, mouse, keyboard & monitor, etc. in addition to the laptop that we will have delivered to you prior to your starting date.

  • Offsite fun & team trips since there’s nothing more important than culture and team spirit. We meet twice a year as a company and also have opportunities to  meet as a team. Click here to watch a video from one of our early offsite events.

  • Unlimited co-working options through our partner desana all around the world.

  • 24 paid vacation days on top of the bank holidays (specific to the country you are in) and special leaves.

🤔 What is so exciting about working in the air cargo industry?

Imagine a world without a Skyscanner or Kayak when trying to book your next holiday. That is exactly where the air cargo industry finds itself today.  With the backing of internationally prominent investors, we are shaping the future of how the air cargo industry will work by providing a tech solution for a currently very manual and time-intensive process for airlines and freight forwarders to book air cargo, an industry which is worth almost $123bn. Our solution allows users to transparently and efficiently search for and book air cargo within seconds! If you want to be part of a company pioneering the way in the future of air cargo, get in touch!
