About the Role

As an Partnerships Senior Account Executive in the award-winning Partnerships team at Hearts & Science, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic creation and seamless delivery of innovative cross-media partnerships for our high-profile clients, including Jaguar Land Rover, Peloton, Allwyn, Naked, Yakult, and Co-op Bank.

Responsibilities

As a Partnerships Senior Account Executive at Hearts, part of OMG, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and various teams across the agency to develop and deliver successful campaigns. Your contributions will ensure the effective execution and overall impact of these campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about media partnerships and eager to grow their career in this dynamic and fast-paced field.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to the below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Delivery: Assist the Account Manager in executing partnership campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with media owners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to gather and share necessary assets and updates.
  • Administration and Reporting:
    • Maintain project trackers and documentation for ongoing campaigns.
    • Collate and organize campaign performance data for regular reporting.
  • Market Research: Monitor media trends, innovations, and competitor activities to provide insights that inform partnership strategies.
  • Creative Input: Contribute ideas for content and partnership opportunities during brainstorming sessions.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and guidelines to support smooth campaign execution.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Marketing, Events or media role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience in collating and presetting information with good attention to detail
