As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for spearheading human resources tasks and initiatives locally at Atlas’s London office and assisting the People Ops global team with solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. As a successful member of Atlas Technica’s People Ops team, you are hard-working and extremely organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines. Confidentiality is vital and expected of you. You thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment, balancing competing priorities efficiently to ensure process is followed and KPI’s and metrics are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle Human Resources support to UK and global team, such as onboarding, performance improvement plans, performance reviews, employee relations, employee safety and wellness, offboarding, etc.
  • Partner with global Finance team for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including timekeeping and time tracking, tax filings, and year-end reporting obligations
  • Partner with third-party HR Retainer Services team to monitor, assist, and implement compliance with UK regulatory agencies
  • Provide direction to employees relating to health benefits, pension schemes, company policies, and other rewards and incentive programs
  • Ensure data integrity and maintenance of all records across all platforms and databases
  • Work closely with People Ops global team to research any HR related tasks, such as exploring initiatives, programs, platforms, and other employee related projects and events
  • Assist with People Ops monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting tasks on program renewals, audits, surveys, and performance reviews
  • Assist People Ops team with maintenance of HRIS and Applicant Tracking System management
  • Assist People Ops Manager in creation and implementation of written Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
  • Respond to and handle employee relations issues raised by all Atlas Staff Members
  • Conduct training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required
  • All other tasks and responsibilities assigned by People Ops Manager and global supervisory team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience working in a rapidly scaling organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Experience in HRIS or data management platforms, Payroll, Labor Law, Benefits, and Compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail, self-directed, organized with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google/MS office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word docs
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential data and information
  • A collaborative team player with a curious mindset and thirst for learning

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience working in Human Resources within the Managed Service Provider or other IT industry
  • Experience working and collaborating with international teams
  • Experience or knowledge of UK, US, and international labor regulations
  • Experience working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing and gathering heavy data in multiple platforms with utmost confidentiality
  • Experience working in tech, hyper-growth, and rapidly scaling organization
