About the Role 

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead Pager Health's digital demand generation, marketing technology, and marketing automation strategy. 

This role owns the platforms, programs, and data that power lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing performance. You'll drive acquisition through paid and digital channels, oversee our marketing automation ecosystem, and partner across Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Client Success to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact. 

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM setup and integration, and performance analytics. 

 

What You'll Do 

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation 

  • Own digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels.  
  • Manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.  
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.  
  • Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.  

Marketing Technology & Automation 

  • Own HubSpot and Pardot administration, optimization, and governance.  
  • Lead marketing automation strategy, including nurture programs, lead routing, scoring, list building, segmentation, and lifecycle management.  
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to improve lead management processes and reporting.  
  • Ensure marketing technology platforms are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business goals.  
  • Support Wordpress website updates, as needed. 

Braze & Member Engagement Technology 

  • Serve as the marketing owner for Braze.  
  • Serve as support to our company Braze owner; Partner with internal teams to develop automated, triggered, and personalized engagement journeys.  

ABM, Email & Data Strategy 

  • Support account-based marketing programs through audience targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.  
  • Own email marketing strategy, execution, testing, and optimization.  
  • Leverage third-party data sources, including ZoomInfo and other enrichment platforms, to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.  
  • Build audience segments and nurture programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth.  

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting that measure campaign, channel, and full- funnel performance.  
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Growth leadership.  
  • Establish testing frameworks to improve campaign performance over time.  

 

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology.  
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.  
  • Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs.  
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.  
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization.  
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.  
  • Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action.; strong attention to detail 
  • Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other B2B technology environments preferred.  
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.  

Success in This Role 

  • Digital campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.  
  • Marketing automation programs improve lead engagement and conversion.  
  • HubSpot, Pardot, and Braze are optimized, scalable, and effectively utilized across the organization.  
  • Marketing and Sales teams have confidence in lead quality, reporting, and campaign performance.  
  • Data and automation are leveraged to create more personalized, effective customer and member experiences. 

 

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
