We are seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to join Blockchain.com’s Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to achieve our marketing goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Take Blockchain.com’s performance marketing efforts from 1 to 100. We’ve set up an MMP, and started testing channels, but scaling the campaigns is for you to lead
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum ROI
  • Work with our Marketing Analysts to conduct thorough keyword research
  • Create compelling ad copy and assets, working with our in house Design Team and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using marketing analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • A/B test different ad variations and landing pages to optimize campaign performance
  • Generate reports to track campaign progress and communicate results

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, either agency or client-side
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display advertising etc)
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
  • Excellent analytics skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Appsflyer)
  • A business mindset, you’re focused on ROAS and CAC
  • Passion for crypto (preferred)
