Job Responsibilities:
The role entails but is not limited to: -
- Understand and interpret Customer Demand to schedule the Downstream Processes using Heijunka (Pull) system:
- MRP Planning & Ordering of Raw Components
- Supplier Performance Monitoring - EDI / QPF
- Monitor Customer EDI and provide Reports and analysis of Fluctuations.
- Customer Aftermarket Orders - Co ordination and Planning
- Facilitate & Update Customer Portal - Demand planning & Capacity:
- Inventory Management & Accuracy of ERP (CMS)
- Perform Cycle Counting in line with Schedule & Daily reporting:
- Cycle Counting Investigation & Root cause analysis.
- Scrap reconciliation & Adjustments in ERP with analysis of data
- ECN / PCR management & Update of ERP System
- CMS Master Data entry and control of ERP changes
- Bill of Material & Routing Audits
- Facilitate CMS and Manufacturing Execution System master data updates.
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Logistics Manager
