What You'll Do
Join our Paid Media team in Leeds on a hybrid basis (3 days in office a week), driving PPC - Manage and optimise paid search and shopping campaigns to maximise growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Search & Shopping accounts with a multi-million-pound annual budget.
- Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, refresh ad copy, and ensure high-quality account hygiene.
- Leverage automation, refine bidding strategies, and optimise CTR and CPC.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new ad features to stay ahead.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine category strategies aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of PPC experience, ideally within eCommerce, with a proven track record managing budgets over £50k per month.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a results-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, data manipulation experience, and familiarity with Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Data Studio, and GA4 (preferred).
