We're building platforms that turn data into insights, helping our teams make great decisions and create personalized experiences for customers. As a Principal Data Engineer, you'll be key to this work. You'll help us simplify our legacy systems and drive technical excellence in our growing team. You’ll be building a data platform that gives the business trustable and usable data.

- You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team, working on strategy and roadmaps.

- Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms.
- A proven ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions.
- A deep understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages like SQL and programming languages like Python.
- Experience with cloud-based data services and software development best practices like Git and CI/CD.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical ideas to anyone.
- The ability to influence change beyond your immediate team.
What sets you apart
- Experience with different data architectures like Data Lakehouse or Data Mesh.
- Familiarity with data security principles and practices.
- Experience in the e-commerce domain.
