  • Support suppliers to meet contracts and service agreements where needed

  • Work closely with the Procurement team to build strong relationships across the business

  • Carry out general administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in getting the detail right.

You’ll have:

  • Experience working in a fast past administrative role. This is a requirement for the role so please clearly outline your experience on your application.

  • Procurement experience is helpful but not essential

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain things in a clear and simple way to a range of stakeholders

  • A collaborative approach and confidence building relationships with different teams

  • Good understanding and previous use of procurement  systems such as Jaggaer and Peoplesoft is an advantage

  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and data

  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find practical solutions

  • The ability to manage your own workload and stay organised

  • A proactive mindset – you’ll look for ways to improve how things are done

You’ll also feel comfortable challenging requests that don’t follow our policies, explaining the benefits of doing things the right way.
