Product Change Manager Toblerone (F/M/X)
We are seeking an outstanding Project Manager to join TWTR PCM Team.
In this role, reporting to the Manager PCM TWTR, you will lead the project management of key product change initiatives across Toblerone portfolio, including execution of product innovation, packaging updates, product updates, and territory expansions-from project inception through implementation and launch.
You'll work closely with teams across TWTR BU, R&D, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to ensure projects are delivered within established time, cost, and quality parameters. This role has a global scope, supporting Toblerone growth ambition.

Scope:
You will be responsible for scoping and leading Toblerone projects, building strong cross functional relationship and supporting execution of Toblerone projects. Attention to detail, collaborative spirit and good communication are key.
The role will support bridging critical project information flows between local and MEU teams, ensuring seamless project execution and timely launches.
What you need to be successful:
  • Attention to detail.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the deliverables on the projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - ability to understand and interpret changes in the business environment.

  • Experience in ISC / R&D / Marketing. Experience in Project Management is an additional asset, but not a must.
