Join us in shaping the future of product delivery. As a Product Delivery Manager, you'll craft solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Product Delivery Manager within Digital Client Services Team, you will enhance and optimize the delivery of products to our customers. You will be a key member of the team, creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an organized and timely manner.
Job responsibilities:

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
  • Escalates opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages timelines and dependencies effectively, monitors blockers, ensures adequate resourcing, and liaises with stakeholders and functional partners.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
