As a Product Designer, you will be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, demonstrating hands-on expertise in crafting user-centered designs. You will excel in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across mobile platforms, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics. You will be adept at leading design workshops, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. Your proficiency in Figma and your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will be key to driving the success of our projects. You will be a strategic thinker who can align design goals with business objectives, advocating for a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle.
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design customer-focused products and services.
  • Lead and facilitate design workshops to proactively and creatively support product delivery.
  • Engage in research, iterating designs based on customer insights and feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality design outcomes, including concepts and prototypes.
  • Contribute to discussions on product vision and team processes.
  • Ensure consistency with our design system and contribute to its evolution.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric design process within the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Proficiency in UX and UI design, with a strong emphasis on mobile platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in modern design tools, especially Figma.
  • Ability to synthesize complex needs and data.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
