The Opportunity:

You’ll contribute to high visibility design initiatives, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful user research, intuitive design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead discovery and design work from concept through delivery — transforming insights into beautifully crafted, user-centered experiences. This is a role for a designer who thrives on autonomy, curiosity, and impact — someone who can balance vision with execution and is energized by the challenge of connecting design to business outcomes.
** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our Dublin office**

The Skills You Will Bring:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma - you’ll design, prototype, and facilitate workshops using these tools regularly.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience designing accessible digital experiences that deliver inclusive, user-friendly interactions for all users.
Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity.
Ability to balance scalability with customization — designing experiences that meet broad user needs while incorporating specific client requirements.
Deep empathy for users and a curiosity about how design decisions impact behavior and outcomes.
Achievements
Demonstrated experience in product design, user experience, or human-centered design.
A portfolio showcasing examples of end-to-end design work — from discovery through execution — that demonstrate your process, problem-solving, and visual storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines without compromising design quality.
A track record of collaboration, influence, and growth within a product or design team environment.
