Job Summary:
As an Executive Director in Fusion's Data Platform team, you will lead the development of platform products spanning Entity, Instrument, Pricing, and Account data. You will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate across business lines, and champion Fusion's end-to-end data management capabilities. Your leadership will inspire innovation and deliver value to clients. You'll help shape the team culture and play a pivotal role in advancing our cloud-native solutions.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and delivery of platform capabilities throughout the development lifecycle
• Define product requirements and oversee implementation to ensure successful adoption and expansion
• Advocate for Fusion's data management platform and represent its capabilities to clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Client Solutions, building long-term partnerships
• Identify growth opportunities through market research and client engagement
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Document and maintain clear product requirements for business and technical teams
• Guide cross-functional teams in building, launching, and marketing products
• Facilitate efficient decision-making by organizing, prioritizing, and escalating critical issues
• Provide actionable feedback to stakeholders based on diverse input

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate expertise in business and technology strategy within financial and market data environments
• Build strong relationships and interact effectively with senior executives
• Show familiarity with technical concepts, data models, and a passion for product development
• Organize, prioritize, and escalate issues to support efficient decision-making
• Distill feedback into root cause issues and deliver actionable insights
• Communicate clearly through presentations, writing, and verbal skills
• Lead strategic product initiatives with proven success
• Facilitate processes and influence outcomes across teams
• Apply functional knowledge of programming languages (such as Python or R) and database languages (such as SQL)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field
• Apply data analysis to solve business challenges in dynamic environments
