Overview of the Global Internship Program:

What does the internship program entail? 

You will participate in a variety of programs including but not limited to wellness initiatives, team building activities, networking events, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. These experiences will help you develop both personally and professionally.

As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll spend the summer with our Product Management team, working with dedicated and experienced colleagues to find solutions for clients. You’ll become a member of a specific group, working on real assignments and making a genuine impact on our business. You may:  

  • Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps and timelines. Assist in the development of product roadmaps and timelines. Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature requirements, and product specifications. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate product progress and insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse product metrics and performance data to derive insights and make recommendations for enhancements. Monitor KPIs to track the success of product
  • Partner Engagement: Engage with Partners to gather insights and validate product features. Assist in Partner onboarding and support efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure product alignment and to facilitate communication. Attend meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance product strategies.

Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.  

Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
