You will own a genuine 0→1 product lifecycle, transitioning from discovery to market launch. What you will do:
Own the software roadmap and resident user experience for the new smart thermostat product line, balancing hardware constraints with intuitive digital interfaces.
Conduct deep user discovery with residents and landlords to translate complex regulatory and environmental needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.
Act as the Product Owner within a cross-functional scrum team, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and hardware specialists to ship high-quality features.
The ideal candidate:
2–6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing software products to non-technical or diverse user bases.
Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies, including writing detailed epics, managing backlogs in tools like Monday.com, and facilitating all scrum ceremonies.
Exceptional collaborative skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and external housing providers.
