Lead discovery and product definition for AI Personas: run customer interviews with enterprise insights teams, frame problems, prioritise features, write specs, work in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and validate solutions with customers. Use AI-heavy prototyping and contribute to the Decision Tools roadmap.

Large organisations consistently make important decisions without the intelligence they already own — because they can't find what they have, can't see what they're missing, and can't act on it fast enough to matter.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Stravito is an AI company that puts insights at the center of every big commercial decision. Trusted by 100+ global enterprises across 20+ industries, we make organizations’ research searchable, interactive, and decision-ready — at the speed business actually happens. We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Product Manager contractor to join the team for 6+ months.

We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

About the job

You will join the Decision Tools team — a fully remote team distributed across Europe — as a contract Product Manager, working on AI Personas — synthetic consumer personas grounded in a company's own research that insights teams can interrogate before committing real budget to a launch. The product is early, the customer pull is real, and the open questions are substantive: how accurate is accurate enough, how do we earn trust in synthetic outputs, and what does the workflow look like when a researcher can ask a persona anything?

This is a hands-on role. You will run discovery with enterprise customers across the US and Europe, write crisp problem definitions, work in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and ship. We use AI heavily in our own product development — prototyping with prompts, drafting specs with agents — and we expect you to be fluent doing the same.

What you will do
  • Own discovery and definition for AI Personas workstreams: customer interviews, problem framing, prioritisation, and specs

  • Work directly with insights teams at large CPG companies to validate what we build before we build it

  • Partner with engineering and design in two-week sprints, keeping scope tight and decisions explicit

  • Synthesise customer signal from calls, support, and sales into a ranked view of what matters

  • Contribute to the broader Decision Tools roadmap, including how Personas connects to launch simulation and prediction

About you

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise customers

  • Demonstrated work on AI/ML-powered products — you understand model limitations, evaluation, and how to design for probabilistic outputs

  • Strong written communication: you can frame a decision in one page and a problem in one paragraph

  • Comfort with ambiguity in an early product area — you generate clarity rather than wait for it

  • Available to start within 4 weeks; your working hours give at least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET working hours

  • Bonus: experience in market research, marketing analytics, or CPG

This role is fully remote, but you will need to be a current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations.

Engagement details

Full-time contract for an initial 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion. The team works fully remote across Europe, and our customers span both Europe and the US — so your working hours need to have at least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET. Occasional travel for team gatherings. Competitive day rate based on experience.

What’s in it for you?

You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what’s not to like?

We look forward to hearing from you!
