What will I be doing?
As the Product Manager for Data Product Implementation, your primary responsibility is to successfully lead the data products rollout for a key Kaluza client. You will work closely with engineers and experts in the Kaluza Data Product team, other Kaluza domain Implementation leads, and relevant client subject-matter experts to ensure that our data model and products are localised to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Client Engagement: Articulate Kaluza data products and data models to our key clients.
  • Requirements & Roadmap: Document and translate client requirements for data products and align them with the global product roadmap priorities.
  • Development Support: Support development by refining and prioritising backlog items and work with software engineers to deliver solutions that drive value for clients.
  • Product Adoption: Drive product adoption through the creation of technical documentation, release communications, and delivering training sessions for client stakeholders.
  • Domain Integration: Gain a broad understanding of various Kaluza Product areas—Billing & Payments, Customer Care, Energy Commerce and Energy Optimisation—and how data products can unlock value in each.
  • Data Model Contribution: Be a key contributor to Kaluza's global data model with the potential to own its extension and maintenance for all clients.
  • Metrics & Culture: Work with the team to build and measure the right metrics for product success and nurture a culture of learning from data.
  • Communication: Radiate information, improve transparency and communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.
About You
Ideally you'll have/be:
  • Technical Experience: 3+ years experience as an agile Product Manager working on data platforms/products.
  • Rollout Experience: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise product rollouts, especially on "edge" / localised deployments of a global product.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at managing stakeholders, with the ability to value and juggle competing priorities and influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.
  • Communication Skills: You excel at written and visual communication to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Problem Solver: You are a patient and tenacious problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and understand a domain despite limited knowledge or experience in it.
  • Collaborative Nature: You are a team player who embraces collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across different teams.
What will set you apart
  • Language Skills: A strong preference for a French speaker to support our implementations with key global clients.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where fast iteration and experimentation are the norm.
  • Global Vision: The opportunity to own and extend our global data, shaped by your implementation experience.
