Let's start with the role

As a Product Manager in the Casino RNG vertical, you will work within a cross-functional product team, leveraging agile methodologies and product best practices to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Our Casino RNG vertical is focused on delivering a world-class portfolio of digital casino games by partnering with leading game providers, optimizing game discovery and engagement, and continuously enhancing the player experience. Through data-driven decisions and seamless integrations, we aim to maximize player satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Casino RNG team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our RNG gaming experience by working closely with designers, engineers, Group Product Managers, commercial stakeholders, and external game providers. You will lead the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions, ensuring our casino offering remains engaging, competitive, and delivers exceptional value to our players.


As a Product Manager you will:

  • Lead one Scrum team as the Product Manager.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project.
  • Create requirements in the form of epics and stories.
  • Manage the backlog and iteration planning process, prioritizing deliverables based on business value, regulatory deadlines, and operational impact
  • Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
  • Identify and mitigate impediments impacting the release/sprint goals.
  • Support the team and organization by using agile/scrum best practices and promoting agile values.
  • Partner with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory and financial requirements, working closely with compliance, finance, and rest stakeholders to ensure our reporting implementation aligns with regulatory obligations.
  • Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Product Manager in a technological environment or on software products.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously explores new AI capabilities and champions their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.
  • Solid agile experience.
  • Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
  • A good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with betting and gaming will be considered as a plus.
