Location: We offer a Hybrid/Remote working policy which allows us to hire across EMEA & USA

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and growth of our payment products and services, ensuring exceptional user experiences and innovative solutions for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital payments and financial technology while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our Product and Engineering organisation is split into small autonomous teams, which are each built to be able to execute their own strategies independently whilst collaborating with the rest of the organisation. You’ll start by owning the fiat payments capabilties as we grow this vital product and will be directly responsible for the multibillion-dollar volumes we process.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Define the roadmap for the fiat payments capabilties and associated services, such as the tools our compliance and payments operations teams use
    • Research and understand our competitors to find the right product-market fit
    • Extract commercial insights from the data
    • Work closely with the stakeholders from the Compliance, Finance, Legal and Banking Partnerships teams to scope the requirements for the products
    • Build integrations with the banking partners in order to enable new payments capabilities on BVNK platform
    • Work with the engineers in your team to scope, design, and build new features
    • Guide the team through agile ceremonies, such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives
    • Collaborate directly with the Commercial team to ensure our product is distributed and commercialised appropriately
    • Contribute to our growing product-led culture across the business and within the Product team

What we need from you:

  • Have experience working in a product-led company, owning a high-growth customer-facing payments or banking product
  • A deep understanding of how banking and payment products function
  • Experience working with engineers on a daily basis, and leading the team with context rather than authority
  • Experience in establishing collaboration and building integrations with banking partners and payment method providers
  • You’re customer-obsessed, always putting the customer experience first
  • Strong collaboration skills - you’d consider yourself a “people person”, just as happy working with engineers on specific tasks as you are presenting to the company on KPIs and feature launches, gathering feedback from customers and the sales team, and generally working cross-functionally across the business
  • Experience in a heavily data-driven environment, using data to guide decision-making at every stage of the product life cycle
  • A passion for growth, obsessively focussing on how we can grow usage and adoption of our products

We Offer:

  • A fair and competitive salary at every stage of your career.
  • Meaningful ownership in the business through our employee option scheme.
  • Flexible working hours, with remote working at its heart.
  • A flexible approach to holidays.
  • Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world.
  • A culture built on passionate growth-minded people.

At BVNK, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. While you may not meet all of our requirements, we’d encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of our expectations. You may be a great fit for this role or another role in our team.
