About the role

As Product Manager at Nvolve, you will be joining us in a newly created role, playing an instrumental part in defining the future of our Frontline workforce enablement and Compliance platform.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will own the product roadmap for critical operational areas; championing our customers by translating complex industry regulations and shop-floor inefficiencies into intuitive, measurable, and business-critical SaaS features.


What you will do

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own, define and execute a clearly articulated product roadmap that aligns with Nvolve's vision and market opportunities within the industrial enablement space.

  • Cross-functional working: Facilitate stand-ups with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales etc.) to ensure alignment on immediate priorities, track progress against goals, quickly resolve roadblocks, and gather real-time feedback to inform the ongoing product roadmap and delivery.

  • Discovery & Research: Conduct continuous discovery, including deep user research with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define, monitor, and analyse key product metrics (e.g. adoption, feature usage, customer retention) to inform product iteration and measure business impact.

  • Feature Development: Drive the end-to-end feature development lifecycle, from ideation through to detailed requirement definition, sprint planning, and successful launch, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitive offerings in the LMS, frontline enablement, and connected worker technology sectors to identify new feature opportunities and maintain Nvolve's competitive edge.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches, including developing internal training materials, feature documentation, and compelling value propositions.


What we are looking for

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably focused on HR Tech, LMS, Compliance, or Operations Management solutions.

  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment, managing a backlog, and leading sprint planning and review ceremonies.

  • You take a considered, iterative approach to product development, and are comfortable adapting to new information and evolving priorities.

  • You demonstrate exceptional communication skills and are capable of presenting complex topics clearly to technical teams, leadership, and external customers.

  • You possess the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and AI capabilities.

  • You have the ability to translate product enhancements into tangible commercial outcomes, strategically prioritising features and making informed decisions to maximise market value and revenue generation.

  • You have a strong appreciation for highly regulated environments and the need for meticulous compliance, documentation, and validation processes.
