🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of Fanvue’s creator platform, with a focus on creator earnings, retention, and scalable growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact PM role with broad ownership. You’ll work at the intersection of product experience, data, and systems thinking — moving quickly from insight to execution while building foundations that scale. The role is centred on strong product judgement, fast feedback loops, and solving meaningful creator problems at scale.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key creator-facing surfaces and systems that directly impact earnings and retention

  • Translate ambiguous creator and business problems into clear priorities, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes

  • Lead fast, iterative product development with design and engineering, shipping frequently and learning from real-world usage

  • Use quantitative and qualitative signals to guide decisions — from funnel metrics and experimentation to creator conversations

  • Champion high-quality UX and product craft across core creator journeys

  • Set clear standards for discovery, experimentation, and execution without unnecessary process

  • Act as a strong IC partner to engineering and design, with enough technical fluency to reason about systems and trade-offs

  • Help shape scalable product foundations — tooling, instrumentation, metrics, and feedback loops — that improve decision-making over time

🤔 Problems You Might Be Solving

In this role, you will work on questions such as:

  • How do we increase creator earnings through better tooling, surfaces, and incentives without adding complexity or cognitive load?

  • How do we save creators time by building or integrating tools such as AI, automation, and integrations that remove friction from running their business?

  • How do we measure and improve creator retention, helping creators build deeper, longer-lasting relationships with their fans?

  • How do we evolve our API and platform capabilities to drive adoption among builders and partners, moving Fanvue closer to becoming the Shopify of the creator economy?

  • How do we build reliable data pipelines, experimentation practices, and feedback loops that allow teams to answer these questions faster and with higher confidence over time?

You will not be expected to solve all of these at once. You will help determine which problems matter most and drive meaningful progress where it has the greatest impact.

👀 Who You Are

  • A high-agency, outcome-driven Product Manager with strong ownership instincts

  • Proven experience shipping, learning, and iterating fast on high-quality B2C products at scale

  • Strong product judgement and UX intuition, able to design simple, effective experiences alongside design and engineering

  • Deeply comfortable using data, experimentation, and first-principles thinking to validate ideas and course-correct quickly

  • A systems thinker who understands how incentives, tooling, data, and workflows interact to drive outcomes

  • Bias toward action in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — you don’t wait to be told where to add value

  • Strong user empathy, combining qualitative insight with quantitative evidence

  • Founder-minded: comfortable owning high-stakes initiatives from concept through delivery

  • Focused on delivering real value fast, while building systems that make that repeatable

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with creator platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided ecosystems

  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, or platform products

  • Experience in growth-stage startups or scale-ups

⚠️ This Role Might Not Be a Fit If

  • You prefer narrow scopes and tightly defined problem spaces

  • You’re uncomfortable owning outcomes rather than outputs

  • You favour heavy process over learning through shipping

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?

  • Build at the frontier of AI and the creator economy

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • High visibility and close collaboration with leadership

  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Flexible working, with access to our London office

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing

Fanvue is for Everyone
We believe diverse teams build better products. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential just as much as experience.
