We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:
You’re a product manager who enjoys working on shared platforms that other teams rely on. You like solving complex problems and making things simpler for the people using your work. You’re comfortable working with technical teams and can explain what you’re doing and why in a clear, human way.
You understand that great platform products don’t exist in isolation — they help other teams move faster and deliver better outcomes for customers. At Access, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our hospitality products work together, helping thousands of venues run more smoothly every day.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
  • Own discovery and delivery for a platform domain, turning strategy into clear priorities and a well‑managed backlog.
  • Work closely with engineering and design as part of a product trio, making sure what’s built delivers real value for the teams using it.
  • Collaborate with product managers across the hospitality suites to understand their needs and design shared platform capabilities.
  • Use data and AI tools to shape decisions, write clear product documentation, and understand how your platform capabilities are being used.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience working on platform, infrastructure, data or integration products in a software‑as‑a‑service environment.
  • Confidence working with technical concepts like application programming interfaces (APIs), data models or system integrations, without needing to be an engineer.
  • Experience using AI tools to support product management tasks, such as discovery, analysis or writing specifications.
  • Exposure to hospitality technology or other vertical software where multiple products connect through a shared platform.
