- Progress Reporting: Deliver clear reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.
- RCM Tool Integration: Ensure defined RCM tasks are accurately reflected and updated within the relevant tools and systems.
- Reliability Foundation Strengthening: Maintain and improve the organisation's reliability approach through systematic methods.

Basic Qualifications (Skills/Experience):
- Eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance: Applicants must be able to obtain the necessary clearance.
- Subject Matter Expertise in RCM: Extensive knowledge including hands-on experience in RCM including MSG-3, RCM-2 and FMEA methodologies.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop junior engineers as an RCM SME.
- Maintenance and Engineering Expertise: Strong background in maintenance and engineering, with practical application skills.
- Risk & Reliability Management: In depth knowledge of risk and reliability management systems and techniques.
- Understanding of Risk & Opportunity Management: Familiarity with the principles and practical application of risk and opportunity management in engineering contexts.
Preferred Qualifications (Skills/Experience):
- Defence Industry Familiarity: Preferably experienced in a defence-related environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Commitment to Quality: A commitment to first-time quality in engineering outputs and deliverables.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Educational Qualifications: Ideally holds a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and/or formally trained in support engineering.
