Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect
- Review and identify warranty trends and spikes across customers and products
- Establish correlations between warranty claims and warranty returns
- Report product warranty top issues and support manufacturing locations to improve warranty performance
- Support in NTF reductions activities using structured problem solving
- Support in Warranty Level 2 investigations with analysis engineers
- Follow up on Warranty Level 3 investigations with engineering.
- Support Manufacturing locations with targets to investigate needs based on trends
What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in electronics automotive systems in customer facing roles like quality
- At least 5 years experience with North American, European or Asian OEM warranty processes and warranty tools
- Proficiency in data and statistical analysis and warranty reporting
- Proven experience in Structured problem solving
- 2 years experience with weibull analysis or other risk estimation statistical analysis
- Very good understanding of ADAS components and systems
- Cross functional experience in manufacturing
- Red X Problem Solving certification
