🧑🏻‍💻 About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

In the Partner Management program, your focus will be on commercial initiatives and projects that support the full lifecycle of partnerships – from securing licence agreements to ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will coordinate across marketing (digital, content, events, and ABM), customer success, CS tooling (Gainsight), and support teams. You will build a strong relationship with customer success and support teams to ensure our customers receive best-in-class service. Additionally, you will work on optimising external governance (MBRs, QBRs, and workshops), to grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our partners. 


✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it 

  • Coordinate and Advocate – Represent the needs of Account Directors and customers, acting as the key point of contact for cross-functional projects and initiatives, and ensuring alignment across departments. 
  • Drive Efficiency and Remove Blockers – Identify inefficiencies, standardise processes, and collaborate with teams to resolve obstacles and streamline operations. 
  • Manage Risks and Monitor Progress – Proactively assess and mitigate risks, track project milestones, and ensure accountability through regular reporting and communication. 
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment – Align projects with Strategic Accounts’ OKRs, prioritise initiatives that deliver the greatest impact, and recommend adjustments when goals shift. 
  • Support the Bigger Picture – Maintain a clear view of the end-to-end customer journey, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects contribute to long-term success.


🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • Demonstrated experience owning complex programs, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment, and ensure successful execution 
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and process mapping/optimisation tools (e.g., Miro, Lucid). 
  • Experience in writing, playbooking, and delivering clear and impactful presentations. 
  • Strong data analysis skills; bonus: experience with customer service scoring (e.g., NPS), Gainsight, or SQL. 
  • Systems thinker with excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills. 
  • Proven experience working with large Enterprise partnerships, ideally within a franchising model. 
  • Experience working in or closely with Customer Success or Partner Management teams, with a track record of leading complex projects. 
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organisation, influence internal stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. 
  • Bonus: Background in Customer Success (or general) Operations, SaaS, franchising, or an understanding of the hotel industry.
