Job Description: Analog Devices’ Software & Digital Platform Group (SDP) is seeking an experienced senior-level Program Manager to oversee the development of cutting-edge software product solutions for next-generation products and drive realization of strategic initiatives and long-term organizational goals. The successful candidate will lead assigned programs through the lifecycle from planning to market launch, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and driving both waterfall and Agile PM processes. In addition, candidate will also play an integral role in steering team-wide strategy by facilitating the team’s strategic planning processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive large-scale software programs by defining and managing scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements; driving proactive risk management and defect tracking; handling resourcing and allocation; progress reporting, among others, to meet ADI objectives.
  • Lead software requirements elicitation and govern change control to meet customer expectations.
  • Deliver software projects through waterfall or agile project management methodologies as deemed necessary for the project at hand.
  • Ensure that program management KPIs are met through project metrics, provided through clear and concise management reports.
  • Lead cross-functional project core teams.
  • Champion standardized project lifecycle processes observed throughout the company within the software development team
  • Mentor junior program managers.
  • Implement a continuous improvement and continuous learning mentality with teams.
  • Drive retrospectives and lessons learned activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and track initiatives that align with organizational goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • With 5-10 years of related and progressive experience in program management within the software field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or strategic planning a plus.
  • Experience managing software projects with team members across the globe.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of programs, including technical, financial, legal, and customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using program management tools to drive and report on projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with a strong execution track record in large, multi-discipline development teams spanning multiple time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems through the design of appropriate experiments and analysis of complex data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive aggressive schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for developing presentations and reports for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to accept responsibility.
  • PMI certification and Scrum Master certification are advantageous.
