Your Team's Impact

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects for a Global Network Engineering team responsible for managing network infrastructure across datacenters worldwide, multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and global campus locations. This role requires expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive project execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. The Program Manager will ensure alignment with organizational goals, optimize network performance and reliability, and deliver scalable solutions to support business operations across diverse geographic regions and technical environments.

What You'll Do

  • Define, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of network engineering projects spanning datacenters, multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and global campus networks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with business priorities, such as scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum and Agile practices. Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions with globally distributed teams.
  • Coordinate with Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, and cross-functional application and Infra teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across datacenters, cloud environments, and campuses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including IT leadership, business units, and external vendors/partners.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in network engineering or IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with datacenter networking, multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), and campus network design.
  • Understanding of network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud networking concepts.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).

Desired Skills

  • PMP certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Cisco / Arista / Juniper Network Associate Certifications
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals
  • ITIL Foundation
