We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Programme Manager to oversee and manage our key R&D engineering projects. This critical role involves tracking progress, ensuring financial oversight, and driving effective reporting across multiple projects and programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee R&D programme and project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Establish and manage reporting frameworks for clear project status visibility.
- Develop and maintain governance structures for efficient programme execution.
- Coordinate budgets and financial tracking to manage resources and costs effectively.
- Implement project review cadences and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Utilise tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Suite for comprehensive programme management.
- Proven experience in Programme/Project Management within an engineering, R&D, or tech environment.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, and other project management platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to set up governance frameworks and manage ad hoc projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and team alignment skills.
