I’m James Barton, Global Projects Director at Hawk-Eye Innovations, and I’m looking for talented Programme Managers to join our dynamic PMO team. What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Programme Manager at Hawk-Eye, you’ll be at the forefront of project execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of initiatives that drive our company’s success. You will:

Lead the delivery of multiple projects and initiatives including new product launches, integration of existing technologies into new markets, and enhancements to our technical infrastructure and operational processes.

Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks.

Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities.

Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects.

Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution.

Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.

Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical product development processes.

Experience working with data analytics to track performance and outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams.
