The Project Document Controller role will be responsible for office and administrative assistance to teams and individuals.
As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Controlling project documentation utilising EDMS
- Managing and controlling the Project Document Registers
- Interfacing (both remotely and face to face with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and Customers
- Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new projects
- Formatting a variety of different Engineering documentation utilising Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reporting internally on documentation status
- Updating Oracle Sales Orders as directed by Project Management
- Providing general administrative support to the project team

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience of a working environment
- Have proven experience in an administration role
- Have sound oral and written communication skills
- Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment
- Be able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisation
- Be a successful team player
