What will I be doing?
You’ll be joining Kaluza’s Customer Success team. As a team we lead on Kaluza’s largest, most complicated, and business critical initiatives.
Kaluza is seeking a dynamic programme manager with experience of harnessing new technologies to deliver change. In this case we need a person to lead programme and initiatives centered around our UK client so any knowledge or experience within the energy industry would be a great help
While this role is primarily client facing, interacting with various client side individuals and teams, you will also work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
About You
Ideally you’ll have/be;
- Significant programme / project management experience including
- End to end planning and delivery oversight
- Scope management
- Stakeholder management
- Risk and issue management
- Client management experience - The Programme Management role at Kaluza works directly with our major clients and 3rd parties as well as our internal product and engineering teams.
- Proactive and a problem solver. Someone who:
- Recognises what is important, does it, and communicates progress without needing to be asked
- Can approach obstacles from all possible angles to create a solution
- A critical thinker - Work with stakeholders and clients to understand their requests in the context of platform strategy, proposing alternative options or delivery timelines that meet their needs but prevent an entirely bespoke feature set. Able to turn ambiguity to action
- A strong communicator:
- We need to be able to work across a level of both our and the clients organisation and need to effectively communicate with anyone from subject matter experts, to software developers, to senior executives
- A quick learner. The energy industry is complex and constantly changing. While you’ll have the support experts in Kaluza, you also need to quickly upskill yourself
- A problem solver:
- Able to bring stakeholders, or programme team members, with conflicting points of view together to find consensus and agree a way forward
- Collaborative and works others to identify and remove blockers
What will set you apart
- Being proactive to the point where people think you’re telepathic
- The ability to zoom in and zoom out. Someone comfortable working at team level at task detail level who can maintain a view of the bigger picture and communicate to senior stakeholders
- A relentless determination to understand complexities (the energy industry, modern software, multi-faceted problems)
- Demonstrating high EQ and empathy that enables you to tailor what you’re doing to suit your audience
