About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for client project delivery from initiation to launch.   This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, to ensure successful execution of client deliverables, on time, on budget, on scope.

The Project Manager must be proactive in daily maintenance of project timelines and resourcing within their assigned brand portfolio.   As well, Project Managers will work collaboratively with Client Servicing accurate scoping and estimated of all new work, within their assigned brand portfolio.  Project Managers are individuals that excel at planning, prioritizing, and problem solving within a fast-paced agency environment, and they will thrive in this role through continuous growth and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Management: Drive the end-to-end process for the development and execution of pharmaceutical marketing projects including planning, scoping, estimating, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Process Adherence: Thorough understanding of the steps in OH’s integrated process and ability to ensure the process is followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Own the maintenance of project documentation such status reports, meeting minutes, and timeline exports for clients.
  • Internal Communication: Foster effective communication among internal project team members. Plan internal meetings, disseminate project-related information, and provide regular updates and/or follow-ups on project status and tasking.  Communicating changes in priority, direction, and scope to internal cross-functional team members
  • Continuous improvement: Support the agency’s operational excellence by thinking outside of the box and identifying opportunities for process improvement, and recommend enhancements to streamline project workflows, increase efficiency and improve overall project outcomes.
  • Perform other duties or special internal projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need  

  • 1 – 2 years of project management experience, within creative/pharma advertising agency preferred
  • Proactive, can-do attitude to finding solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who operates in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey project updates accurately.
  • A growth mindset with an insatiable appetite to learn.
  • Interest in science, health & wellness
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at all times.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge and experience of project management principals, and methodologies (such as waterfall, and agile)
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (ex. Adobe Workfront, MS Office suite, ProofHQ,TEAMS, Sharepoint)
