As a Senior Project Manager - XR Content Creation (Freelance) at realworld one, you will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of complex client projects. In this role, you will oversee project planning, resource coordination, and risk management while ensuring clear communication with internal as well as external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions will be key to keeping projects on track, meeting expectations, and maintaining high standards of execution.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of enterprise client software projects and ensure their successful delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client expectations.
- Strengthen client satisfaction and retention by ensuring clear and professional communication, building positive relationships.
- Align project priorities with client goals and deliver value through efficient and reliable project execution.
- Anticipate risks and mitigate potential challenges, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on track and within scope, time and budget.
- Continuously monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, with a focus on software projects.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects of varying complexity to enterprise clients.
- Consistently demonstrate a high work ethic, setting a positive example for the team.
- Experience working in performance-driven, cross-functional and international teams.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and software project management workflows.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situations.
- Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or experience with VR/XR/MR is a plus.
