Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level project plans for cross-sell and upsell initiatives, aligning them with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure effective communication, seamless project execution, and alignment between different stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, measure performance, and continuously refine cross-selling approaches for optimal results.
- Analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and buying patterns to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your product portfolio.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Growth Manager, preferably in a tech company in the marketing department.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with the ability to translate them into effective strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic business environment and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2900 - 4400 Eur/Monthly
