Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager for the specialized finance services who thrives in fast-paced environments and has successfully delivered projects for software providers or FinTech vendors. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud migrations, software upgrades and implementations, and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, we would love to hear from you!
What will the role involve?
- Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations
- Working directly with key stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
- Owning and managing risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines with confidence
- Supporting joint steering committees, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
- Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency
- Potentially, the leadership and delivery of bespoke, internal or external technical work packages or projects
What are we looking for?
- Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment—essential
- Proven experience in project management and delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services experience? Even better!
- Proficiency in escalation management—resolving challenges effectively.
- Financial services or regulatory environment experience? Even better!
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus!
