Job Description:

A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and satisfactorily. This role requires a blend of leadership, communication and organizational skills to manage teams and resources effectively.

  • Independently manage large or multiple projects
  • Experience in working with projects in waterfall, Agile, Iterative or hybrid project execution models.
  • Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key senior stakeholders.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all Stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the business partners and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their requirements.
  • Identify potential risks that could impact project success early in the planning phase.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed satisfactorily before closing out the project.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned and best practices for future reference.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

  • Preferably has professional certifications like PMP, Agile, CSM etc.
  • CSPO, CSM experience preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in small to medium scale implementations preferably in the financial industry
  • Budget management experience
  • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Clear understanding of project life cycle
  • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential
  • Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate project team
  • Skills to multitask between different projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (PMM, PMI)
  • Excellent hands-on skills with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
