Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.

As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership:
    • Develops operational plan for own department, meeting the expectations and deadlines of internal and external customers
    • Establish standardized procedures and trainings to support team development and capability building
    • Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
  • Customer relationship champion: Main quality focal point for customer been able to:
    • Understand main customer requirements and needs, been able to communicate proper with customer.
    • Capture in a proper way customers issues and lead technical RCA to present to customer and internal stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management:
    • Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
    • Good understand how project is along the entire cycle and what are his team contributions/deliveries along this journey
  • Problem solving mindset
    • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
    • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college, MBA preferrable
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.
  • Be analytical with substantial experience in Quality management tools & methodologies, and management experience in projects or team environment
  • Able to demonstrate experience in leadership roles
  • Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization
