As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leadership:
- Develops operational plan for own department, meeting the expectations and deadlines of internal and external customers
- Establish standardized procedures and trainings to support team development and capability building
- Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Customer relationship champion: Main quality focal point for customer been able to:
- Understand main customer requirements and needs, been able to communicate proper with customer.
- Capture in a proper way customers issues and lead technical RCA to present to customer and internal stakeholders
- Stakeholder management:
- Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Good understand how project is along the entire cycle and what are his team contributions/deliveries along this journey
- Problem solving mindset
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college, MBA preferrable
- Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering.
- Be analytical with substantial experience in Quality management tools & methodologies, and management experience in projects or team environment
- Able to demonstrate experience in leadership roles
- Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization
