Requires customer-service experience, professional conduct, autonomy, flexibility, punctuality, and fluency in French and English. Familiarity with Hilton’s OnQ computer system is an asset.

Qualifications- Posséder un minimum d’un an expérience dans un poste similaire
- Expérience dans le service à la clientèle;
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais), parlé et écrit impeccable;
- Connaissance du système informatique OnQ (un atout).
- Savoir maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme en tout temps;
- Rigueur, débrouillardise et autonomie;
- Flexibilité et ponctualité;
