The Recruiter manages the hiring cycle for technical roles, collaborates with hiring managers, sources candidates, conducts interviews, and ensures a positive candidate experience.
We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to own and drive our talent acquisition efforts! We’re seeking someone who knows how to strategically find the most qualified talent around and has the skills to build high-performing teams. This role will support all teams across CreativeX including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, etc.
What you'll do:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from role opening to offer.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source high quality candidates through multiple channels
- Screen Candidates: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through the interview process
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a Recruiter or similar role
- Results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with a bias for action
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse is a plus.
Salary Range: $55K-$85K
