We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our commercial team for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you'll be doing? 

  • Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Assist in organising recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness

 

 We're looking for someone who:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or an administrative position
  • Experience using ATS/ HR Systems (Greenhouse, Success Factors or similar)
  • Notion experience would be a bonus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
