Littelfuse is looking for an Regional & Account Manager to grow and develop our business across selected key accounts in the UK & Ireland region. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on building strong relationships, working closely with distribution partners, and driving new business opportunities across Littelfuse’s technology portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and grow key focus accounts across the UK & Ireland

• Identify customer projects and turn them into new business and revenue opportunities
• Work closely with distribution partners to drive engagement, pipeline, and share of wallet
• Drive design wins across multiple Littelfuse technologies (Protection, Switches, Power Semiconductors, etc.)
• Manage opportunities from early identification through to revenue realization
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
• Travel extensively across the region to stay close to customers and partners
• Collaborate with global and regional Littelfuse teams to execute account strategies

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong background in Key Account Management, ideally with multinational customers
• Experience working with or coming from distribution is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the electronics market in the UK & Ireland region
• Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Energetic, proactive, and confident personality – someone who enjoys being on the move
• Degree in electronics or similar is preferred, but relevant experience can fully replace formal education
• Fluent English required

Location & travel

• Must be based in the UK
• High travel role - approx. 75%, across UK & Ireland

• Car allowance according to local policy
